Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, business goals and objectives.
Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all internal and external sales & marketing processes.
Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective sales & marketing strategies, processes and materials.
Understand customer needs and effectively deliver solutions to meet customer needs.
Act as lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with customers and partners.
Foster a hands-on, success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
Skilled in sales & marketing development and strategic planning.
Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team.
Must be ambitious, creative and flexible.
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
Prior exposure with contracts and agreements of all kinds.
At least seven years successful sales and marketing experience selling unique or large complex structures.
All fields must be completed.
